To all new scouts in Troop 1459. We are very excited to have you!!!!

Each of you should have received an email from webmaster@troop1459.org with the Subject "Account created for Troop 1459 - Alpharetta, GA" - look for this email to find your log-in information. If you can't find this email check spam filters (on PC and also your internet service provider) before you contact us for help. To contact us for access/password problems use the <contact us> form in the navigation menu.

Tip: Once you log-in successfully - you can change your username and password to something you are familiar with and will remember. Do this by clicking on the "My Profile" link in top of the left column. - See attachment below for Website "Quick reference" on layout and where to look for what information. Print this and keep handy in case you need help while getting started.

Please note that any changes you make to your profile via the website (specifically email address, phone#) does not automatically update your permanent Troop records in Troopmaster - you must submit a personal record information change form - look under Menu/section "[Files] Then [Parents/Scouts}"

Have you taken any pictures at a campout, Court of Honor, troop event, or summer camp and would like them displayed on the website? I am requesting photos from previous years through summer camp 2010.

A big "thank you" goes out to the parent's, scout's, driver's and leader's for getting to the church on time this morning. Departure time was met with ten minutes to spare.

Peach Fundraiser

Thank you to all the scout's who sold peaches. I know it was a short sale time, but the money earned will help future events. The scout portion will be deposited into his Scout Account. If he does not have an open account, or if a parent has not given approval for a Scout Account, please see the instructions on the website to do so.

Scout's and Parent's - A QUICK SUMMER FUNDRAISING EVENT!! START SELLING NOW!!

Sale information and Order Forms are available on the website to sell fresh Georgia peaches. Each bag will hold 12 - 15 fresh picked Georgia peaches delivered from a farm in south Georgia. Peaches being offered for sale in stores now are from the Carolina's or California picked days or weeks before it is displayed in the store. This fruit is picked the night before delivery to us!

Congratulations to:

These scouts have graduated from GREEN BAR over the last weeks. This is an intense course where scout sharpen and hone their skills as leaders in scouting and life as a whole. This group of leaders has the responsibility of leadership of the troop for the next few years. I hope to see the rest of the Spartans fulfill this fantastic course next year. In Troop 1459 you must complete Green Bar successfully to be SPL.
